a Strict Selection process using multiple trials are used to select a squad for the tournament of the specific category. Each player will be rated/scored on the 3 basic skillsets of Bowling, Batting and fielding. This process will happen up to 1 year before the tournament and all members will start the preparation process.

His is not only the Provincial winning Captain, but also the Vice Capain of the SA o40 team that won Silver in the World Cup hosted in Sri-Lanka.
